Maharashtra Board SSC result 2018: Laying to rest the rumours which have been doing the rounds of social media for several days, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced the result today. However, the results of all nine divisions will be uploaded at mahresult.nic.in and sscresult.mkcl.org.  

This year the girls have outperformed the boys by scoring 91.46 per cent while 86.51 per cent. A total of 81,000 students received extra marks for cultural activities such as singing, dancing, and drawing, however only 3,903 students were awarded sports marks.

Over 2.89 lakh students were registered to take SSC exams in Pune. This year, the exams had begun at least 10 days late as compared to previous years owing to elections in many parts of the state which led to delay in conducting the results.

The top scorers have decreased. Unlike last year, when the number of students scoring above 90 percent had increased (except in Mumbai), this year the number has dropped.

The students can access the result through SMS service. They have to type SMS (MHSSC <space> < student’s seat number>) and send to short code no 57766. This is service is for BSNL users. MSBSHSE HSC Exam date sheet 2018: Exams to be held from February 21

The time table for Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Class 12) has been released by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSC Board) on its official website. After much speculation on the internet regarding the date sheet of Board examination, the MSBSHSC Board has finally released the higher secondary annual examination dates for Board students on its official website - mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in.

The official notification regarding the date sheet of MSBSHSC Board HSC Board Exam is available on the official website of the MSBSHSC Board. As the date sheet is now officially released by the MSBSHSC Board, the students can download it from the official website of the MSBSHSC Board - mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in. The students are also advised to save and print their MSBSHSC Board Exam Date sheet for further reference. The students appearing for MSBSHSC Board Examination should revise the important topics of their textbooks prescribed by the MSBSHSC Education Board. The MSBSHSC Board Examinations are generally held in the month of February-March. The results of the MSBSHSC Board examination are announced in the month of May-June.
